Empowered Women voices from Uganda

We are excited to share the second publication from the Voice Uganda team!

The first publication focused on sharing stories on how the grantees were implementing change, the challenges they faced as well as solutions they came up with. Read more here

In this publication, we see how various grantees working with women and young adults marked the International Women’s Day that is celebrated every March. The publication is rich with stories from women who have found their voices and are implementing change. They are from female commercial sex workers, child mothers, domestic workers  and much more. Definitely worth a read.

This second edition also focuses on highlighting the voices of women empowering other women through their leadership positions. We see how women are actively taking the initiative to develop and implement solutions with and for the community.
