Is your organisation adept at facilitating dynamic learning experiences with diverse groups of people? Do you have deep and extensive experience working with civil society groups across the Philippines? Do you practice participatory, innovative, and transformative approaches in linking together communities online and offline? Do you regularly identify opportunities for collaboration and research?
If you and your organisation said yes to the questions above, Voice Philippines is looking for you!
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a learning organisation based in the Philippines that will facilitate the linking and learning between Voice grantees and within the granted projects. We are accepting proposals spanning 24 months with a maximum budget of €200,000.
What is Linking & Learning?
Voice is an innovative fund for diversity and inclusion working with and supporting five rightsholder groups in their efforts to demand access to productive resources and social services, and claim political participation. The five groups are namely:
- People with disabilities
- LGBTI community
- Women facing exploitation, abuse, and violence
- Age-discriminated groups (older persons, youth, & children)
- Indigenous peoples and ethnic minorities
Linking and learning is at the heart of Voice. We aim to boost the collaboration, connectedness, sharing, listening, learning, innovation, and application of new knowledge amongst our grantees as well as with the wider community. Through this process, we strive to produce evidence and innovative solutions to catalyse transformative changes for the rightsholder groups fighting against marginalization and for their empowerment and contribution to society.
The successful organisation will support Voice in implementing its linking and learning component. In close collaboration with the Voice team, the organisation will support Voice grantees in developing their own linking and learning processes. They will facilitate building and developing emerging and existing communities of practice around issues and challenges that concern the Voice rightsholder groups. They will develop or enhance platforms that support inclusive collaboration, including community members in geographically remote areas. They will organise events and meetings, develop thought provoking pieces, and produce creative works in order to amplify the grantees’ voices at the local, regional, national level, and even at the global level.
