    • Project

Young people and children living with a disability do not fully participate in society or have sufficient support or a forum to speak and express themselves. These young people are usually discriminated against, marginalised, and stigmatised. The Inclusion for all through art project contributes to increasing the participation of children and young people who are most stigmatised because of their physical or mental disability. This graduation project is partially inspired by the learnings from Voices of Kids with a Difference, a previous empowerment grantee.

The project focuses on learning and innovation, with festivals and podiums as vehicles for inclusion messages and the empowerment of target groups for 15 months implemented in Bamako, based on the context. The project tests different combinations of artistic expressions; this is done as a means to achieve professional inclusion in social entrepreneurship and the ultimate goal is to advocate for acceptance of these individuals by the Malian society.

The project organises a series of activities that mobilises young people, especially the most stigmatised and 30 artists (Slameur, Humorists, Playwrights, Plasticians, Stylists) and the population around the international Festival of Slam and humor( FISH).
