Is your organisation adept at facilitating dynamic learning experiences with diverse groups of people? Do you have deep and extensive experience working with civil society groups across Indonesia? Do you practice participatory, creative, and transformative approaches in linking together communities online and offline? Do you regularly identify opportunities for collaboration and research?
If you and your organisation said yes to any of the questions above, Voice Indonesia is looking for you!
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a learning organisation to facilitate the linking and learning between Voice grantees, rightsholders, and stakeholders. We are accepting proposals spanning 12 months with a maximum budget of €100,000.
Linking and learning is at the heart of Voice. We aim to boost the collaboration, connectedness, sharing, listening, learning, innovation, and application of new knowledge amongst grantees as well as with the wider community. This process aims to amplify evidence and innovative solutions to catalyse transformative changes towards the inclusion of rightsholder groups.
In general, Voice supports the following rightsholder groups:
- People living with disabilities (difable)
- Women facing exploitation, abuse, and violence
- Age-discriminated vulnerable groups (older persons, youth, & children)
- Indigenous groups and ethnic minorities
In close collaboration with the Voice team, the successful organisation will support Voice grantees in developing their own linking and learning. They will facilitate building communities of practice around issues and challenges that concern the Voice rightsholder groups. They will develop a platform that supports inclusive collaboration, including community members in geographically remote areas. They will organise events and meetings, develop thought provoking pieces, and produce creative works in order to amplify the grantees’ voices at the local, regional, and national level. In all these avenues to link and learn, they will involve and encourage active participation of all grantees.
From the numerous applications received the following grantees have been successful as part of this Call for Proposals. If you like to join Voice please see the current list of open Calls for Proposals-
