Femmes et TIC promotes awareness-raising activities, training and development of utilitarian applications through workshops or seminars, round tables, conferences and audio-visual productions. The Organisation specifically promotes women’s empowerment through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) for their effective participation in the country’s development.

Changing stereotypes about women’s profession project focuses on marginalised and discriminated women who work in sectors commonly known as ‘jobs for men’. The project is being implemented by national organisation Femmes et TIC.

The project amplifies the voices and successes of disadvantaged women through Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), social media, social networks and sports; by narrowing down the digital divide between the urban and rural environment and social constraints in order to strengthen their income-generating activities.
