Souchinda gained her Master’s degree in Business and Administration from the Centre Franco-Vietnamese de Formation a la Gestion, Hanoi, Vietnam, and her Bachelor’s degree in French. She started her career in the development field right after her graduation by joining Ecole Sans Frontiers as an Administration and Finance Officer. She joined many organisations across the years, from international non-government organisations, universities (University of Laos), the private sector (Banque de Franco Lao, Ltd.), government agencies (AFD project, Ministry of Health), to the Luxembourg Embassy in Laos. She has been working with Oxfam in Laos since 2019 as the Grant and Finance Coordinator, in charge of Grant and Finance Management and Staff and Partner Capacity Building. Later, she joined the Voice Laos team as a Program Finance Officer, responsible for grant and finance management. Working with Voice, she believes in equality and would like to bring it to everyone, especially the rightsholders who lack the resources.
