Sokha obtained a Master of Science in Education with specialisation in Community Development from the Asian Social Institute (ASI) in the Philippines. She has more than 6 years of work experience on Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS prevention with youth garment factory workers. five years working to promote the rights of people with disabilities and inclusiveness with Handicap International in Cambodia. Before joining Oxfam, she used to work for CARE International in Cambodia as Senior Technical Officer responsible to coordinate and support 25 local NGOs partners both with project implementation and financial management as part of  the Implementation of the Social Accountability Framework (ISAF) project for close to  2 years. In December 2017 she joined Oxfam Cambodia as the  Voice Grant/Partnership Specialist and is looking forward to seeing all the changes made by the Voice Programme.

Sokha a obtenu une maîtrise en éducation avec spécialisation en développement communautaire de l’Asian Social Institute (ASI) aux Philippines. Elle a plus de 6 ans d’expérience professionnelle en matière de santé génésique et de prévention du VIH /SIDA auprès des jeuens travailleurs des usines de confection. cinq ans de travail pour promouvoir les droits des personnes handicapées et l’inclusion avec Handicap International au Cambodge. Avant de rejoindre Oxfam, elle travaillait pour CARE International au Cambodge en tant que Senior Technical Officer chargé de coordonner et de soutenir 25 ONG locales partenaires dans la mise en œuvre du projet et dans la gestion financière dans le cadre du projet ISAF pendant 2 ans. En décembre 2017, elle s’est jointe à Oxfam Cambodge en tant que spécialiste des subventions et de partenariats de Voice et attend avec impatience de voir tous les changements apportés par le programme Voice.
