Simeon has over 29 year experience in the areas of finance, administration, grant management and capacity building of local partners. He previously worked in LIKAS, Inc., a non-government organisation with various foreign-funded projects and operations in the Bicol Region, Philippines. He started as a disbursing officer and eventually promoted as Finance Officer, a position he held for 18 years. Afterwards he became the Finance and Administration of EDUCO Philippines, an international non-government organisation, taking on the roll for over nine years before joining Voice in the Philippines as its Finance Officer.
