HANDLE Uganda is a local NGO operating in Northern Uganda and was established in 2009, registered with the National NGO Board of Uganda in 2012 (Reg. No. 9406). The coming into existence of HANDLE was aligned to the demanding solution to the political and cultural instabilities in the Northern region of Uganda.

SCOPE is a strategy that the organisation seeks to use to address incidences of vulnerability caused by the effects of Covid – 19 such as trauma, and mental illness among women, and people living with disability in Nwoya District.
