Project
The project aims to defend and promote the rights of persons with disabilities, particularly teenagers and young people with intellectual disabilities in the municipality of Kati, who are survivors of family neglect and social exclusion. That will take place through support, capacity building, awareness raising and advocacy/lobbying in collaboration with the Centre Jigiya So. The project therefore intends to take into account the rights to education, access to health care and sources of income of young people with mental disabilities, as a source of power that will give them the ability to express themselves and participate freely in community life.
