VivNcaug(Sisterhood for Development) is a non-profit group to support the well-being of women and girls to reach their full potential, break the cycle of poverty and raise their status in society.
Vision: To achieve an equitable world where ethnic women and girls have equal access to necessary opportunities and resources to empower themselves and shape society.
Mission: To support the spiritual, emotional, social, physical, economic wellbeing of women and girls to reach their educational goals and full potential in order to break the cycle of poverty and raise their status in society.
Goal: Build a community of socially aware and economically empowered women working together to narrow the socioeconomic divide

Project
Sisterhood founded by Hmong ethnic women who concern of ethnic women’s education and economic. First two grants received from Voice(2018-2019 and 2020-2021) focus on staff’s capacity building and empowerment ethnic minority youth accessed education and employment. This project aims to ship from ethnic youth who completed our women empowerment program to their community in rural area in province where they came from. 40 women from our previous program will be identify and select as ethnic role model who stand for girls and women education to implementing community dialogues on our daughter’s education and youth mentorship activity in community with early school drop out of girls and women.
Overall goal: Communities attitude change on support women and girls to education and social service.
Objective:
1. To strengthen transformative leadership of 40 role model who completed our empowerment program to build their confidence and skills through their outreach activities planning;
2. To created space for women role model and community discussion about women’s successful and community strategy for keep their daughter in school;
3. To forge alliances with National Lao Front to initiative strategy of addressing gender base violence and early school dropout.
