Pusat Kajian Anti korupsi FH UGM (PUKAT) has networks of numerous communities, Persons with Disability (PWD) organisations and government institutions in charge of PWD. PUKAT aims to realise access to justice for all citizens through using strategic advocacy to develop the capacity of PWD and law enforcers to effectively make changes in the government systems.
Pukat conducts academic and advocacy research on legal and anti-corruption issues, organises several activities, including capacity building for village communities in village financial management as well monitoring trials of PWD in several cities.

Project
Justice for Disability project goal encompasses documents concerning review on regulations concerning Persons with Disability (PWDs), research on the implementation of access to justice in Law on PWDs, module on access to justice, training for PWDs and law enforcers and the Draft Supreme Court Regulation.
The project entails having consultative meetings to be held with law enforcers and ministries and the implementation of regulations will be reviewed. This will also provide capacity building to develop the capacity of PWDs and law enforcers. The last stage of the programme constitutes the formulation of Draft Supreme Court Regulations on standard operating procedures in handling cases implicating PWDs.
At the end of the project, an increase in access to justice for PWD through the availability of guidelines on how to handle a case implicating PWD and an understanding of law enforcers is also expected to improve with the help of the guidelines.
