Disability Is a Matter of Perception is the 15th edition of The Qualitative Magazine in Nigeria. This edition is part of the Connecting Our Voices To The World project, highlighting the potential and challenges of persons with disabilities in Plateau State, Nigeria.
The magazine features the views of major stakeholders within the disability movement in Plateau State, especially those that were part of the project combined with activities of other Voice grantees working on disability issues. And finally it also covers activities of various leaders with disabilities throughout Plateau State.
