Siska Dewi Noya (Chika) is a feminist activist with a social welfare education background. She has worked for more than 15 years for national and international development organisations on the issues of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), as well as Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. She is also a GESI transformative approach facilitator and has developed modules on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence, child marriage prevention and comprehensive sexual education. She is interested in the area of inclusive and participatory grantmaking and also enjoys learning new things and exploring the eastern islands of Indonesia.
