Khim Sokchea began working for Oxfam in Cambodia on April 18, 2023. She earned her Master’s in Professional Accounting from Murdoch University, Australia. She has over a decade of diverse experience with international and local non-government organisations, United Nations agencies, and businesses. Her core areas of competence include grant and financial management, management reporting, compliance, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, financial planning and analysis and financial accounting.
