Masaka Association of Persons with Disabilities Living with HIV/AIDS (MADIPHA) unites People with disabilities at the intersection of TB, HIV/AIDS and disability in Uganda. MADIPHA links people with disabilities and their families to HIV/TB prevention, diagnosis, and treatment and care services.

The main project objective is to build the confidence and skills of persons with disabilities living with HIV and affected by tuberculosis to standup to stigma they experience in social (health and education) Service delivery in two subcounties of Nyendo-Mukungwe and Kyesiiga of Masaka city/ district.
