    • Project

Promote the rights of disadvantaged women workers to the basic rights to life and reduce gender inequalities in the family and society.
Based on the lessons learned from our association in the past, the organization staff, partners and target group members, especially women, have the skills in many areas, such as being able to train and disseminate social protection work to the community to recognize and access rights.
In addition, the target groups we promote have reduced gender inequality in families and communities, and the change has achieved the goals set in the project (250 families), but it can be seen that the number of target groups and the areas we work on are still limited and need to be addressed. In the past, the amount of time and the amount of funding were limited, making the implementation of the project inconsistent and not yet extensive. Therefore, the IWAA would like to request additional funding for the court to continue implementing the integration program to which we have received funding in the past.
The main objective of the project is to empower disadvantaged women workers to access their basic rights in their lives and to mobilize stakeholders to understand the issues and needs of their rights and interests, as well as to address gender inequalities and gender inequalities.
