    Association Un Livre pour Deux Mains is a non-profit organisation Registered in June 21, 2011. The Organisation promotes education, training, and culture in Mali. It also supports, in general, the rights of people; in particular women and girls discriminated and marginalised. The association is also the lead for initiative a manuscripts Fair of Bamako.

    The Manuscripts Fair of Bamako is a big annual event where there are innovation and constructive exchanges between people. This important event, which incorporates both book fair and festival, gives the youth an opportunity to do literacy plastic art, film, photography, music, and dance.

      KOUMAN_YE_LAFIA_YE project develops women detainees’ confidence and their skill against social discrimination. The project builds the capacity of female detainees through workshop sessions, debates, group, and individual sessions so that their confidence is reinforced while preparing them for a new life after their detention period.

      A competition is organised for written press articles about the rights of women who are incarcerated. The first 3 selected articles will be rewarded and distributed to all media in the country. The reward selected articles will be given to Bamako Manuscripts Fair in March 2019.
