Stay in School Initiative supports projects and programmes in line with education, and development initiatives for underprivileged children, youth and women communities in Uganda. The organization believes education provides knowledge and skills for development and growth of an individual and that a well-educated population lives in social harmony.

STAY IN SCHOOL INITIATIVE aims at fighting for the rights of ethnic minority groups with help of this proposed project which is aiming at providing sustainable vocational skills, Mentoring, Sensitizing, and empowering 20 youths from ethnic minority families in Busaana Town council.
