      1.Capacity Building :
The only reliable and viable means for women/girls with disabilities to change are :- Empowerment through learning a trade “Henna application” will bring forward skills for creative sense, a taste – For inventiveness. This training will lead to freelance work (self-employment) as a specialized henna applicator. This project is perfectly adapted to people with disabilities because everything is done in a simple way without too much displacement and involvement of physical strength, but also the demand is permanent because henna is part of the daily life of Malian women of all ages (wedding, baptism, cultural or religious ceremonies, or just for fun). The use of henna is deeply rooted in our culture. The project plans to organize a one-week training session to develop the skills, potential, and self-esteem of women and girls with disabilities in order to bring out the leader in them that will empower them and vice versa (empowerment and leadership are interdependent). – Leadership so that they learn to assert themselves. The empowerment of women/girls with disabilities is the sine qua non for the promotion of their leadership. This will encourage other initiatives to encourage women and girls with disabilities to stand up for their rights, especially their right to freedom of expression and choice. The challenges of disability should not be a barrier to their leadership. The leader today is characterized by his ability to interact with his environment to better serve it.A leader must have a minimum of financial independence (be able to pay rent, have a decent life, etc.). Women/girls with disabilities have experience and knowledge that they can share with society. It is important that they are able to access resources for the balance of society. It is essential to take into account the intersection of disability with other forms of oppression, especially in cases of violence or sexual abuse: Women with Disabilities and Gender-Based Violence (GBV): What if I can’t run away from the dangers? – Understanding the CRPD: in order to defend and claim a right, one must have a minimum knowledge of these rights. In the case of people with disabilities, at least some knowledge of the CRPD is essential. A leader must master his or her subject and rely on reliable legal instruments that are recognized by all.
      2. Visibility Organizing radio and television programs on the concept of disability in the project’s areas of implementation to promote their involvement in the decision-making process. New information and communication technologies such as the internet, social networks, cell phones in order to reach the greatest number of people.
