This meta-analysis report examines the “From Open To Inclusive Governance” initiative, financed by Voice and the Hewlett Foundation, which supported six projects addressing social exclusion in East and West Africa. The initiative fostered rightsholder engagement with officials for policy change and empowerment, and the report details key lessons learned and the impact reached by the different projects part of the initiative.
