An app to track civic space issues
In Uganda, the Centre for Constitutional Governance, a Voice Sudden Opportunity partner is working on a project titled Reclaim and Protect Civic Space. The project is empowering Human Rights Defenders/civic actors; artists, activists, bloggers, investigative journalists to reclaim and protect Civic Space in Uganda. They do this by working towards four major outputs.
The second output of the project is building a digitalised online tool for rapid response, timely reporting with geo-reference responsive to shrinking civic space incidences.
