Apr\u00e8s le Mali, Voice Niger a organis\u00e9 le 23 avril 2019, son premier \u00ab\u00a0Friendraising\u00a0\u00bb dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre de la composante Lien et Apprentissage dudit programme. C\u2019est au centre culturel am\u00e9ricain (CCA) que les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Premier du genre au Niger, cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement a\nvu la participation des organisations partenaires de Voice et de l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019Oxfam\nau Niger. Il \u00e9tait \u00e0 noter \u00e9galement la pr\u00e9sence de deux organisations non\ngouvernementales install\u00e9es au Niger, l\u2019UNHCR et l\u2019ONU-Femmes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019objectif de ce Friendraising \u00e9tait de\nfaire connaitre les activit\u00e9s des organisations partenaires du programme Voice\nafin d\u2019inciter \u00e0 une future collaboration entre lesdits partenaires et les\nbailleurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie\nd\u2019ouverture a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par 3 allocutions. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tait celle de la directrice\ndu Centre Culturel Am\u00e9ricain, Cynthia H. Faby, qui a tenu \u00e0 souhaiter aux\nparticipants la bienvenue dans les locaux du centre. Ensuite, s\u2019en est suivi\ncelle du directeur d\u2019Accountability Lab Niger qui a tout d\u2019abord remerci\u00e9 les\npartenaires nationaux et internationaux pour avoir effectu\u00e9 le d\u00e9placement,\navant d\u2019expliquer le concept du Friendraising et combien il est important que\nchaque participant puisse en tirer un avantage. Enfin, Madame Hadiza Amadou, coordinatrice\ndu programme Voice au Niger a fait une br\u00e8ve pr\u00e9sentation du programme  avant de d\u00e9clarer ouvertes les activit\u00e9s du Friendraising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9sentation des diff\u00e9rentes opportunit\u00e9s de financement et de subvention par les repr\u00e9sentants des ONG invit\u00e9es, aux organisations locales, suivi de la pr\u00e9sentation par ces organisations locales partenaires de Voice, de leurs projets respectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Team Building: Marshmallow Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Marshmallow\nchallenge est un jeu d\u2019agilit\u00e9 qui a pour but de renforcer la collaboration\nentre les partenaires. Il consiste \u00e0 construire une tour avec un nombre limit\u00e9\nd\u2019objets mis \u00e0 disposition de chaque groupe : 20 brins de spaghetti, un\nm\u00e8tre de ficelle, un m\u00e8tre de scotch et un marshmallow et le tout en 18 minutes\net pas une de plus.  A la fin du chrono\nla tour doit tenir seule sans support et le marshmallow doit \u00eatre au sommet. L\u2019\u2019\u00e9quipe\nqui aura construit la plus grande tour sortira vainqueur du jeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour relever ce\nd\u00e9fi, les participants \u00e9taient divis\u00e9s en 5 groupes de 4 \u00e0 5 personnes de\ndiff\u00e9rentes organisations. A la fin du jeu, c\u2019est le groupe N\u00b0 5 qui est sorti\ngagnant du d\u00e9fi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce jeu a permis\naux partenaires d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro. Encore mieux, il d\u00e9veloppe la\ncr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et bien s\u00fbr renforce les liens entre les partenaires car s\u2019il n\u2019y a\npas d\u2019entente, pas de construction solide possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le r\u00e9seautage (Cr\u00e9ation de blog)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019exercice \u00ab R\u00e9seautage \u00bb\na pour but de mettre en place un r\u00e9seau Voice au Niger via la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un\nblog sur lequel toutes les activit\u00e9s des partenaires seront publi\u00e9es. Ce blog sera\nreli\u00e9 au site web de Voice global. Le jeu a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 faire un cercle dans\nlequel toutes les organisations sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, puis de et se lancer un fil\nal\u00e9atoirement afin de cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau qui illustre les liens qui existent entre\nles partenaires de Voice au Niger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le road mapping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Road mapping\n(feuille de route) est une strat\u00e9gie qui permet aux organisations d\u2019identifier\nleurs d\u00e9fis et de trouver des solutions qui permettront d\u2019atteindre les objectifs\nfix\u00e9s.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chaque\norganisation a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e les difficult\u00e9s et les d\u00e9fis auxquels\nelle fait face, ensuite les autres organisations ont apport\u00e9s des solutions\npour pallier \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis et des synergies ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce premier\nFriendraising organis\u00e9 dans le cadre des activit\u00e9s de Lien et Apprentissage du\nprogramme Voice a \u00e9t\u00e9 facilit\u00e9 par Accountability Lab Niger. Il \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s\nriche en partage d\u2019exp\u00e9riences et de r\u00e9seautage.
