{"id":1999,"date":"2018-01-11T12:53:41","date_gmt":"2018-01-11T11:53:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.voice.global\/?p=1999"},"modified":"2018-01-11T12:58:10","modified_gmt":"2018-01-11T11:58:10","slug":"protection-des-droits-des-personnes-vivant-avec-un-handicap-la-femaph-la-une","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voice.global\/fr\/protection-des-droits-des-personnes-vivant-avec-un-handicap-la-femaph-la-une\/","title":{"rendered":"La FEMAPH \u00e0 la Une: PROTECTION DES DROITS DES PERSONNES VIVANT AVEC UN HANDICAP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Gr\u00e2ce au plaidoyer de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Malienne des Personnes Handicap\u00e9es (FEMAPH), sur financement de Voice, le Gouvernement du Mali vient d\u2019adopter en Conseil des Ministres un projet de loi relatif aux droits des personnes vivant avec un handicap, le 10 janvier 2018.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le mercredi 10 janvier 2018 sur pr\u00e9sentation du rapport du Ministre de la Solidarit\u00e9 et de l\u2019Action humanitaire, le Conseil des Ministres sous la pr\u00e9sidence de Monsieur Ibrahim Boubacar KEITA, Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a adopt\u00e9 un projet de loi relatif aux droits des personnes vivant avec un handicap.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes vivant avec un handicap au Mali sont estim\u00e9es \u00e0 environ 2 millions 247 mille.\u00a0Pour prendre en compte leurs pr\u00e9occupations, des mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre dans plusieurs domaines de la vie \u00e9conomique et sociale.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9pit des efforts fournis par le Gouvernement, les personnes vivant avec un handicap sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 d\u2019\u00e9normes difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es, notamment, \u00e0 l\u2019insuffisance de protection juridique et de pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sent projet de loi apporte des r\u00e9ponses appropri\u00e9es aux pr\u00e9occupations des personnes vivant avec un handicap \u00e0 travers, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019adaptation du dispositif juridique et institutionnel en mati\u00e8re de protection sociale et de promotion des personnes vivant avec un handicap ;<\/li>\n<li>la promotion de l\u2019insertion sociale et de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de chances ;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019adaptation des services publics et priv\u00e9s aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques des personnes vivant avec un handicap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce pr\u00e9sent projet de loi adopt\u00e9 contribue \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des dispositions des instruments juridiques internationaux relatifs \u00e0 la protection des droits des personnes vivant avec un handicap.<\/p>\n<p>Faut-il noter que cette initiative fait suite aux diff\u00e9rentes actions entreprises par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Malienne des Personnes Handicap\u00e9es avec ses partenaires notamment le Conseil National de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile. Et tout cela, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement de Voice.
