Morgan est l&rsquo;un des participants du projet Parlons ou Let&rsquo;s Speak Up un partenaire autnomisation de Voice en Indon\u00e9sie, coordonn\u00e9 par Hivos South East Asia.  Accompagn\u00e9 de sa m\u00e8re, Morgan a assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la 2019 Inclusion Innovation Indaba \u00e0 Nairobi, o\u00f9 il a rencontr\u00e9, appris et partag\u00e9 avec d&rsquo;autres participants des 10 pays cibles de Voice. Morgan a non seulement montr\u00e9 ses styles de danse, mais a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un discours en fran\u00e7ais. Je m\u2019appelle Morgan, j\u2019ai 20 ans, et je vis \u00e0 Jakarta en Indon\u00e9sie. Mon papa est fran\u00e7ais et ma maman indon\u00e9sienne. <br>Il y a beaucoup de choses qui m\u2019int\u00e9ressent dans la vie : je fais de la danse Hip-Hop, de la musique, de la natation, et de la gym. J\u2019aime bien aussi lire et faire la cuisine.    <br>Ma maman a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un groupe de parole pour une douzaine d\u2019adolescents trisomiques \u00e0 Jakarta. Le groupe s\u2019appelle <strong>Parlons<\/strong> ou <strong>Let\u2019s Speak up<\/strong>. Nous nous entendons bien et nous sommes tous devenus amis. Nous nous r\u00e9unissons une fois par semaine et c\u2019est ma maman qui est le coach de la classe.  <br>Nous apprenons beaucoup de choses pendant la classe. L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re nous avons appris \u00e0 nous pr\u00e9senter, \u00e0 bien parler, \u00e0 devenir plus confiant, et comment rencontrer des gens. My name is Morgan, I am 20 years old, and I live in Jakarta, Indonesia. My dad is French and my mom is Indonesian. There are many things that interest me in life: I do Hip-Hop dancing, music, swimming, and gym. I also like reading and cooking.  <br>My mom has started a speaking group for a dozen teenagers with Down Syndrome in Jakarta. The group is called <strong>Let&rsquo;s Speak up<\/strong>. We get along well and we have all become friends. We meet once a week and my mom is the mentor.                                                                                                                   We learn a lot during class. Last year we learned to introduce ourselves, to speak well, to become more confident, and also how to meet people. This year we will learn how to speak on behalf of young people who have Down syndrome like us and be self-advocates.   <br>Thank you and I wish you a good day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#a90061\" class=\"has-text-color\">Au cours de la Journ\u00e9e Mondiale de la Trisomie, ind\u00e9pendamment de Voice, Morgan a eu l&rsquo;occasion de lire son discours au si\u00e8ge de l&rsquo;ONU \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve en tant que membre d&rsquo;un groupe d&rsquo;auto-d\u00e9fenseurs invit\u00e9s. Ils ont parl\u00e9 du droit \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi des personnes atteintes du syndrome de Down dans le cadre de la Convention relative aux droits des personnes handicap\u00e9es (CDPH) avec des membres de comit\u00e9s, des repr\u00e9sentants de l&rsquo;ONU et des repr\u00e9sentants de pays.
