Vous recevrez toujours votre salaire gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 vos cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s. S&rsquo;il ne vous reste plus de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s, le DOLE (minist\u00e8re du Travail et de l&rsquo;Emploi) versera une subvention \u00e0 votre employeur afin qu&rsquo;il puisse payer votre salaire. Cela fait partie du programme de mesures d&rsquo;ajustement COVID-19, selon lequel les travailleurs affect\u00e9s par le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ou la fermeture temporaire des entreprises priv\u00e9es en raison du COVID-19 recevront une subvention de 5 000 PHP. Selon la loi n \u00b0 11058 de la R\u00e9publique, les employ\u00e9s ont le droit de refuser de se rendre \u00e0 leur travail si cela pr\u00e9sente un danger pouvant entra\u00eener la maladie, des pr\u00e9judices ou la mort. Vous pouvez signaler \u00e0 DOLE les employeurs qui enfreignent \u00e0 cette loi. Il leur suffit de pr\u00e9senter leur carte d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 ou un certificat de travail pour pouvoir aller travailler.
