{"id":14187,"date":"2021-04-27T09:35:42","date_gmt":"2021-04-27T07:35:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/voice.global\/?post_type=5years&#038;p=14187"},"modified":"2021-04-27T09:35:43","modified_gmt":"2021-04-27T07:35:43","slug":"moment-magique-bernardo","status":"publish","type":"5years","link":"https:\/\/voice.global\/fr\/5years\/moment-magique-bernardo\/","title":{"rendered":"Bernardo Marino Sr."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Je m&rsquo;appelle Bernardo Marino Sr, coordinateur de projet de l&rsquo;AHRAP, projet d&rsquo;assistance vocale dans la province d&rsquo;Aurora, aux Philippines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre projet est ax\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;autonomisation des groupes de d\u00e9tenteurs de droits, des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et des jeunes, afin qu&rsquo;ils puissent revendiquer leur droit au logement. Nos communaut\u00e9s pilotes sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me commun: elles ne sont pas propri\u00e9taires des terrains qu&rsquo;elles utilisent pour leurs maisons depuis longtemps d\u00e9j\u00e0. Leurs habitations sont en danger en raison de diff\u00e9rentes actions en justice entreprises par le propri\u00e9taire\/r\u00e9clamant du terrain \u00e0 leur encontre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors d&rsquo;un s\u00e9minaire auquel j&rsquo;ai assist\u00e9 avec un groupe de personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, je leur ai demand\u00e9 pourquoi elles \u00e9taient impatientes de revendiquer leurs droits \u00e0 la terre ? \u00ab\u00a0Vous \u00eates d\u00e9j\u00e0 une personne \u00e2g\u00e9e avec des limitations physiques?\u00a0\u00bb.  L&rsquo;un des leaders \u00e2g\u00e9s a r\u00e9pondu : \u00ab\u00a0Non, nous ne sommes pas assez \u00e2g\u00e9s, nous poursuivons les efforts de nos anciens dirigeants pour poss\u00e9der l\u00e9gitimement cette terre o\u00f9 nous vivons. De plus, si nous r\u00e9ussissons avec le soutien du projet Voice, ce sera un h\u00e9ritage pour l&rsquo;avenir de nos fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs et petits-enfants\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un moment magique, car j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment touch\u00e9 par ce qu&rsquo;il a dit. Cela m&rsquo;a incit\u00e9 \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 servir les groupes d&rsquo;ayants droit malgr\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s que nous rencontrons dans la mise en \u0153uvre de notre projet.
