Il \u00e9tait une fois un jeune homme que j’ai rencontr\u00e9 au nom de Morgan Maze, et il s’av\u00e8re \u00eatre un \u00eatre \u00e9tonnant. Nous \u00e9tions \u00e0 Nairobi, au Kenya, pour l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement mondial annuel de mise en relation et d’apprentissage que nous appelons Indaba. Morgan fait partie d’un projet financ\u00e9 par la voix en Indon\u00e9sie, appel\u00e9 Let’s Speak Up, mis en \u0153uvre par Yapesdi – dont l’objectif \u00e9tait de donner aux jeunes trisomiques les moyens de se lever et de parler pour eux-m\u00eames – parce qu’ils le peuvent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au cours d’une s\u00e9ance de non-conf\u00e9rence qui devait \u00eatre dirig\u00e9e par Yapesdi, Morgan devait partager son histoire. Il avait tout pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et \u00e9tait pr\u00eat avec sa pi\u00e8ce. Puis il a eu la frousse et n’a soudain plus eu envie de monter sur sc\u00e8ne. Il \u00e9tait important de le comprendre et de savoir comment il se sentait, mais c’est aussi dans cette situation que j’ai eu ce moment magique – cet instinct de lui donner un petit coup de pouce pour qu’il se lance. Parce que nous savons tous qu’il en est capable. Et c’est ce qu’il a fait. Il a partag\u00e9 son histoire. Une autre voix forte et fi\u00e8re qui r\u00e9sonne. Voice n’est pas seulement l\u00e0 pour voir les organisations et les individus se d\u00e9velopper. Nous sommes l\u00e0 pour grandir avec eux. Laissez-vous inspirer par eux et, \u00e0 notre mani\u00e8re, motivez-les \u00e0 aller de l’avant, \u00e0 franchir cette \u00e9tape, \u00e0 trouver cette voix et \u00e0 la laisser s’exprimer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
